Gomater, Inc. (“Gomater,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our participating farms and vendors ("Vendors", "you"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal and business information when you use our marketplace platform to list products, manage orders, and coordinate deliveries through our services, including our website, mobile application, and support channels (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information We Collect from Vendors

We collect the following types of personal and business information:

  • Business Information: Farm name, farm type, business registration details, tax identification numbers.
  • Contact Information: Primary contact name, phone number, email address, physical farm location.
  • Account Credentials: Username, password, authentication details.
  • Operational Data: Product listings, inventory updates, delivery schedules, order fulfillment status.
  • Financial Information: Bank account details for payouts, payment processing history (via secure third-party providers).
  • Communication Records: Support tickets, platform messages, and call transcripts.
  • Usage Data: Log data, IP address, browser information, device details, and access times.
  • Geolocation Information: If enabled, to optimize delivery coordination and order routing.
  • Compliance Documentation: Permits, licenses, or any regulatory documents required for selling food products.

 

2. How We Collect Vendor Information

We gather information through the following methods:

  • Direct Input: When you register your farm, manage inventory, or communicate with Gomater support.
  • Automated Tools: Cookies, beacons, and analytics tools track engagement with our platform.
  • Third-Party Services: Integrated services for payment processing, compliance checks, or identity verification.
  • Delivery Network Interactions: Data shared between your account and local couriers (Gomates).

3. How We Use Vendor Information

  • Operate and maintain your Vendor account.
  • List and market your products on the platform.
  • Facilitate customer orders and deliveries.
  • Communicate order status and delivery updates.
  • Transfer payments and generate reports.
  • Enforce our Vendor Agreement and ensure compliance.
  • Provide technical support and resolve issues.
  • Improve platform features and vendor experience.
  • Comply with applicable tax and food safety regulations.

We do not sell your information. We only share data as outlined in Section 4 with trusted entities required to support core platform functions.

 

4. Sharing of Vendor Information

  • With Customers: Product and farm profiles, pickup and delivery timeframes.
  • With Couriers (Gomates): Delivery addresses, order contents, contact information for coordination.
  • With Service Providers: Third-party platforms managing hosting, payment processing, analytics, compliance, or customer engagement tools.
  • With Affiliates: Within the Gomater corporate family for platform consistency.
  • During Business Events: In the case of mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers.
